Day 90 of the 90 day health and fitness challenge: 25 crunches. And that wraps up this 90 day challenge. My thoughts: Progress is progress. End of story. The biggest mistake I (and most other people) make is to dismiss any step as too small. Every single step that gets me closer to my goal is a worthy step. Are there times when we need to up our game and play larger? Damn straight. So for the NEXT 90 days, Ill be completing the following challenges however I feel like doing it: 2600 crunches 2600 squats 2600 push ups 65 miles of walking or jogging ...and the kicker... in the 90 days Ill take part in a 5k. If I dont check in by 5 pm PST tomorrow and you call me on it, I Paypal you $5.
