Dear Best Buy, your protocol sucks. My phone is broken, I have insurance, I just want to pay my money and get a new one. Instead, I have to take forever to back up my files to my dang memory card, and get it reset Just to see if maybe that works. And if it doesnt (most likely wont) I have to drive all the way back to morehead to tell you guys it didnt work and then pay money and wait for a new (restored and used phone)phone to be sent to me. You guys suck. Rant over.
