Dear CF, I dont mind ya posting up WODS b4...But I am very old school n dont care bout knowing ahead of time...Ya are what are you...thats by the time ya put in to train m WOD to the best ya can...I see ppm wanna go HAM n when they see the WOD...end up going cold TURKEY...I said it a million times...HOW BAD YA WANT IT!? Ya are only hurting yourself by not putting in the time...Half of post bout going out n getting wasted...if ya spent that time in the box n train...youll be where ya wanna be...then I understand some cant make it due to certain reasons...but dont talk the talk if ya cant walk it...CF has to turned into a life style...just saying is all...Your either all in when ya have the time or just taking it as a class cuz your bff is doing it...Hmmm something to think bout...Just saying n sorry to be harsh or busting some 1s bubble yet its the truth!
