With that being said, if you are NOT able to make your appointment, please honor our cancellation policy. 72, 48, 24 & in some cases 1 hour prior to your appointment you receive a confirmation email or text. By confirming or cancelling your appointment within those hours we can then adjust our schedule accordingly and offer that time slot to another client who has been waiting.
