Dear Daily Express At a this time of every year since 1982, many Veterans of all three services are going through a tough time. The reason? They are both reliving there own harrowing experiences of their time in the South Atlantic and remembering their fallen comrades. You only have to look at the many Facebook pages dedicated to the armed forces to see just how difficult it is for some of those veterans. Today, at seven minutes to one in the morning an ex mediocre foot player, so called radio football pundit, dogger, and wife beater insulted not only thousands of veterans but desecrated the memory 255 men who gave their lives for democracy and the freedom of the people of the Falkland Islands. You may wish to point out to your readers just what a nasty, self seeking cockroach Mr. Colleymore is. I am not usually one who thinks that people should lose there jobs for comments they make in their personal lives but I can not see how someone who can make such crass and offensive comments can continue to work in broadcasting, as his opinions are obviously worthless. Finally you may wish to look at the incredibley reserved reply by Author and Veteran Ken Lubowiak ( kenlukowiak.wordpress/2014/05/26/letter-to-stan/ ) whose dignified response is far more measured than I managed.
