Dear Downstairs Neighbor, Its bad enough that you look like a cave man lion tamer when you stand outside swinging a big stick with a string on it while practicing for hours in the winter for fly fishing season. The whooshing and whipping sound produced by your obviously outstanding skills are truly lovely and not at all distracting. I however must draw the line at your insistence to blast crap music at 5:30am on a Saturday. It is moderately worse than doing it until 3am during weekdays as you often do. I will ask my friend who has dogs and horses to allow me to collect 50kg of dog and horse shit off his land and pile it waste high against your front door forcing you to have a lovely morning as well in the near future.
