Dear Friend, In the run up to the NPP presidential - TopicsExpress

Dear Friend, In the run up to the NPP presidential primaries, you will hear all sorts of arguments against Akufo-Addo, especially arguments related to his age. Well, we did some research and discovered some interesting facts that we would like to share with you. Firstly, Akufo-Addo, like Ronald Reagan, does not intend to use the inexperience of his opponents against them. His wisdom, energy, selflessness, conviction, experience, maturity, vision and patriotism are the stuff of leadership. He has what it takes, to wit, an agile mind and a sound body. Secondly, Alassane Ouattara is 72, busily transforming Cote d’Ivoire today and going for his second term in 2015. Thirdly, Americans are likely to vote for a woman of Akufo-Addos generation, Hillary Clinton, in 2016. Fourthly, in Malawi, Peter Mutharika, 74, won in May 2014 against an incumbent who was Vice President and became President after the passing of her boss! Her tenure was a huge disappointment. Does that sound familiar? Mutharika, like Akufo-Addo, was also foreign minister and minister of justice. Fifthly, Reagan was 70 when he won his first term to lead the process of dismantling the Soviet Union and liberalising wealth in America. Sixthly, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf is 75 and still going strong in Liberia. Friend, Ghana is in crisis. We need an experienced, mature, competent and visionary leader with a plan, supported by a strong, first-class team. Lastly, Mandela was 76 when he gave South Africa the strong, confident and visionary leadership the country needed. Nana Addo is 70. Ghana needs to vote for a strong and visionary leader in 2016. Mandela had Mbeki as his Deputy. Nana has Bawumia, and many other competent men and women of the NPP and many other Ghanaians both in Ghana and abroad to work with. Choose a selfless, loyal leader you can trust to deliver. We encourage you to share the above information with your friends by forwarding this email to them and by pasting the above on your Facebook page. We thank you for your support. Sincerely, I Am For Nana
