Dear Friend of Centrestage As you may or may not be aware, Next weekend is our annual working bee here at Centrestage (Anniversary Weekend) We are looking for as many people as we can to come and assist over the weekend. It will involve, cleaning, maintenance, technical, and general moving around of set/props. Below is the time schedule of the weekend. Friday 7pm onwards (focused mainly on technical) Saturday and Sunday 9am-1pm- Cleaning/maintenance/moving Monday 9am-1pm- clearing out storage spaces We would very much appreciate your help during the weekend, (even if it’s an hour) to ensure everything is sound and ready to go for 2014.
