Dear Friends, As our conference is approaching, we would like to give you some information concerning the travel to Turkey. VISA REQUIREMENTS In order to enter Turkey, you need visa. Your passport must be valid at least for 6 months by the time you enter Turkey. Depending on your nationality, there might be some additional requirements to be met. The passport must have enough blank space to allow for Turkish entry and exit stamps. If there is not enough space for entry and exit stamps in your passport, you will be denied entry into Turkey. If you are travelling as a tourist, you can purchase a tourist visa at a Turkish Embassy or Consulate outside of Turkey, a sticker visa at the Turkish airport or other port of entry for $20 (U.S.) cash or you can get an e-visa. TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL Antalya Airport (Muratpaşa) is situated around 20 km (30 min by car) from the conference venue (WOW Topkapı Palace Hotel, Kundu – Antalya, Turkish Riviera of Turkey). Please, find a map below. In order to get to the hotel, we would advise you to take a taxi. The taxi to the hotel costs c.a. 100 TRL (c.a. 50 USD). The best idea is to pre-book the taxi.
