Dear Friends, George Maragos is doing an EXCELLENT job posting where your tax dollars are going. You need not just complain about your tax bill being to high. READ where your Tax dollars are going. Then find ways to make suggestions to change and lower expenses at the line item level. One of my concerns is the number of cameras going up around The Town Of North Hempstead. The company who is being used has been in the news across the country. I believe George Maragos has a link to make suggestions. I will look for the link and report back to you. I have another area I will be keeping a very close look at and that is the new PSEG Pole Project which could significantly negatively impact real Estate Sales, Property Values and Tourism. All of these generate revenue and any impact will reduce revenue and put more pressure on raising taxes. Thank you George great job you and your team are doing keeping us all informed.
