Dear All, We are looking for the qualified candidates to fulfill the below-listed positions for a World Bank project in Astana. The project duration is 60 months. Estimated project launch is September according to Kazakhstan officials. Our experience shows that it could start 1-2 month later. The positions are as follow: i) Deputy Chief of Party and Change Management Adviser. At least one person, to be designated as the Deputy Chief of Party and Change Management Advisor. At least three years’ demonstrable experience (in combination) of implementing World Bank-financed projects and conducting/facilitating change management activities is essential. ii) Agency Technical Coordinators (3 persons). At least one person for each Participating Agency, to be designated as the Technical Expert for the relevant Agency. The technical coordinators should have an advanced degree (Master’s degree or higher) in a relevant discipline and at least three years’ experience of the relevant subject-matter or theme. iii) Procurement Manager. At least one person, to be designated as the Procurement Manager. At least three years’ demonstrable experience of conducting procurement under World Bank procurement guidelines is essential. iv) Financial Management Manager. At least one person, to be designated as the Manager, Financial Management, Accounting and Disbursement. At least three years’ demonstrable experience of conducting the financial management, accounting and disbursement functions under World Bank-financed projects is essential. v) At least 2 Technical Experts for preparation of technical requirements for 2 proposed ‘supply and install’ packages under Component C. vi) Office Manager.
