Dear Friends, The Common People Ministries would like to invite you all to join their journey in spreading the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and to be a Good Samaritan, thereby putting a smile on a few more differently abled and not so privileged fellow beings around the globe. Based in Melbourne, Australia, our mission and charity wings are aimed spread across the globe, reaching out to thousands of people in despair. In our first year, we are excited to sponsor a remote village in the war torn and famine stricken country of Uganda in Africa. We will be working hand in hand with local African missionaries to help spread the gospel and set up basic amenities and health and educational projects for the upliftment of the village. “This family has no outsiders. We are a band of imperfect people, the common people, who have failed many times in life. Yet we have a passion and enthusiasm to serve our Christ, the fervour to work for His kingdom and the thirst to experience Him and know more about Him. We are currently looking for like-minded people to be a part of our journey. We are not looking for a group of super performers, we are looking for a family of common people to support and encourage each other. Everyone is welcome. Our Annual Charity Concert is coming up in March 2015. There will be renditions with a repertoire of styles by our Male Voices tribe “The Prodigal Sons” joining hands with our Creative Arts clan “The Master’s Maids”, to render an evening of praise and worship to celebrate our GOD and His everlasting love.
