Leading the development of proposal, negotiation, bagging break-through orders and ensuring smooth sales order processing. Build Sales funnel & device strategies to gain further market share. Breaking new avenues & driving sales growth. He/she should be managing strong clientele, comprising of corporate entities, retail chains, consultants, contractors, and interior designers. Prepare personnel forecast & sales strategies to target a niche market and prepare appropriate plan of action to penetrate into the targeted market. Devising preliminary space planning, estimation and preparation of commercial offer & negotiate offer by ensuring safe revenue and targeted profitability. Serve as a link between the projects department and the client by handling queries & meetings. Key project management in terms of project evaluation, internal job costing, resource tapping and maintaining vendor relationships.
