Dear General Khama Hope this finds you well. I have read a course called Constitutional Law in my pursuit for LLB or Bachelor of Laws in laymans terms. I learnt in class that one of the basic principles of law under separation of powers which a topic under the aforementioned course is that the legislature that is parliament, makes laws which are followed by the executive. The judiciary being the courts interpret the law as to the intentions of the legislature not of the executive. You sir, you are a member ofbthe executive and that means setlhako ga go lele sa gago as to what can and what cannot be law. The above sir is as per Montesquieus idea of separation of powers which means that if what i have shared above is seditious, my lecturer and the above named guy are to blame. Last but not least, your advisors never loved you sir otherwise they would have long advised you to not instruct AG or that you withdraw the matter from the court and just lobby the MPs to toe the line. If ba pala ibgive you the authority to solicity their votes with anything incuding the foreign reserves or personal rooms in Mosu just like TO my homeMAN. Yours in servitude Me
