Dear Mares, I have been trying to reach you to find a solution for a compass function problem of my computer since April, but with no luck. I wrote to you on your website and several times on the Facebook too. I have got an answer from you to a video I sent on the facebook (on the 27th of June) however your answer has not sorted out the problem. So it is still not working. The problems are: - when the compass is in use it losts the correct direction and navigating me to a wrong way (even if i am holding it flat on my palm and accurately horizontally.) - nor the calibration is working (I press the calibration function, I rotate it 360 degrees on a flat surface like on a desk, but it does not do anything, any message is visible but it is still asking me to rotate it 360 degrees...but if I press any buttons it quits from the function) Pls see attached the video. My computer is a Mares Matrix, bought in this year, firmware: 1.3.10 Please let me know if I do something wrong! Otherwise if everything is ok I have tried, than I would like to ask you to change the computer immediately. The importance of a compass function in my computer is crucial and a very basic for me.In case of an exchange please let me know what are the next steps. I am looking forward to get your answer ASAP.
