Dear Mike Huckabee, If you can stop telling the world how you - TopicsExpress

Dear Mike Huckabee, If you can stop telling the world how you kiss the ass of some queer employee while in the Presidential DEBATE, instead of GROWING a PAIR, like Pete Pace, who told Pro-Homo Tom Harkin that SIN is SIN & team up with Louie Gohmert, GOD WILLING ...the WHITE MAN just MIGHT be able to KEEP UP with ANGOLA (& Japan). RE: Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: From: Mike Huckabee Date: June 3, 2014, 8:13:23 AM CDT To: [email protected] Subject: Is five terrorists for one soldier a fair trade? Advertisements within this email do not necessarily reflect the views of Mike Huckabee. Going, Going, Gone And another one bites the dust… Even though it happened while I was away, I’d be remiss not to mention the resignation of Obama White House spokesman Jay Carney. Being a White House spokesman is never an easy job, although Carney certainly had it easier than any Bush spokesperson. Recently, though, as the disasters and fumbles piled up like uncollected trash bags, it got so hard to ignore the stink that even the media lap dogs started growling. Poor Jay Carney, who’d grown used to handing out Snausage bits to drowsy poodles, wasn’t prepared for a pack of barking Rottweilers. So, he’s moving on. Obama praised his good judgment. His picking right now to move on is proof of that. In Washington, of course, nobody ever quits or gets fired. They leave “to spend more time at home with their families.” That prompted the best comment I’ve heard so far, from an anonymous Internet joker who declared that Jay Carney just wants to spend more time at home, stonewalling his family. Help support conservative candidates through Huck PAC. Chip in $5 or more to Huck PAC! Obamas Trade Is five terrorists for one soldier a fair trade?... The Obama Administration agreed to trade five Gitmo detainees for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who’s been held captive by the Taliban for several years. Some Congressional Republicans complained that Congress has to be informed before any Gitmo prisoners are moved. But I suspect they’re really more concerned about bigger issues. Like the message it sends that America now negotiates with terrorists. It could create an incentive for our enemies to try to capture our troops as bargaining chips. And the five being released aren’t just unlucky shepherds. Two were wanted by the UN for possible war crimes resulting in the deaths of thousands of Shiite Muslims. We’re assured they’ll be kept neutralized in Qatar. But do you really believe they won’t be plotting mayhem before their plane even lands? Let’s all celebrate the return of Sgt. Bergdahl, and the end of this nightmare for his family. But we’ll have to bear in mind that the future might now be just a little more dangerous. Pumpkinheads I leave America for two weeks, and look what happens to the economy! In the first quarter of this year, it shrank by a full percentage point. As always, government economists have lots of excuses, none having to do with high taxes, Obamacare, the EPA’s war on energy, or other anti-business regulations and policies. Maybe it was the weather: winter’s never been cold before. But just as every summer since 2010 was going to be “recovery summer,” they keep assuring us that even though economic growth is now actually going backwards, we’re really right on the verge of a boom. They’re like Linus in “Peanuts,” sitting out in the pumpkin patch year after year, certain that if they just keep sincerely believing in Progressive, big-government economics, recovery - or the Great Pumpkin - will surely follow. I’d like to suggest a nickname for this school of economists: “Pumpkinheads.” Another Pumpkinhead excuse for Americans leaving the work force is demographics. It’s just all those aging baby boomers retiring. Well, Republicans on the Senate Budget Committee released a report shooting that down. It looked only at men between 25 and 54, the prime earning years. It found that a record one out of eight is not in the labor force at all. If you add nearly 3 million more who are trying to find jobs and can’t, the total rises to over 10 million. These are the years when men lay the foundation for the rest of their lives; when they start families and careers, buy their first home and their first new car. Imagine how 10 million men being stuck at the starting gate for over half a decade affects their lives and the economy. ---------- Thanks for your continued interest in my efforts. I hope you enjoyed these commentaries. I will send along some more very soon. Sincerely, Mike Huckabee SPONSOR: FEMA hates this...
