Dear Mr. Emberger, I wanted to personally take a moment to thank you, for coming to our country, and embarking on a relentless mission to spread fear, lies and misinformation to our people. I want to thank you for making it your missions to ensure that New Brunswick does not reach it’s potential, that our economy does not grow, and that we remain a poor, “have not” province with little hope on the economic horizon. I hope you, and the multi-million dollar special interest groups that are funding your relentless assault on the good people of New Brunswick are quite proud of yourselves. I hope you sleep well knowing that families are being torn apart for months at a time as Mothers and Fathers, husbands and wives, head to Alberta , Saskatchewan and Newfoundland to work, some trying desperately to keep their homes here, many giving up and leaving never to return here. All heading to have provinces because of their willingness to safely and responsibly grow their economies through natural resources. Yes, safely. 174,000 wells hydraulically fractured in Alberta, zero contamination to wells or ground water. Oh, I am sorry, I know you have no use for facts, please forgive my slip. Wouldn’t want the truth getting out would you? How would that affect your well-funded campaign? I hope you take some time to talk to the families that are being destroyed by your lies and sensationalistic spin on stories that have already been disproven. Your loose interpretation of science. Why don’t you take a drive around and knock on every door that has a “For Sale” sign on its lawn. Talk to those people. Tell me what you hear, tell me what you learn. You will have thousands to choose from, including my own. Why did you target New Brunswick? How would your campaign go in Alberta? A place thriving, growing and constantly coming up with new and innovative ways to protect our environment. Would you like me to provide you with information on the incredible advances they have made out there? How about presenting some of those stories when on your tour of terror? No, I didn’t think so. Congratulations Mr. Emberger, you are winning in your fight to destroy the hopes and dreams of thousands of New Brunswickers that someday we will be able to keep our families together and have the same opportunities as people have in other provinces.
