Dear Navy personnel based in Japan, If you dont end up saving at least $15,000 bucks by the end of this year I dont know what your doing with your life, I really dont... We a based in a mediocre country which people only care about themselves and nothing more. We get payed more money to do less in a pathetic society which has restricted us to boundaries that the Navy presented us. Every Asian country (Besides Singapore) we hit during cruise is a lame excuse for a liberty port... Might as well sleep while you are there and save your money for yourself and those who deserve it, not to those who selling themselves outside broken down bars in the street. Take the time to further your education and leave Japan with a lot more then you came in with.
