Dear Netflix, Okay - so I get the business model that its an upgrade choice from either streaming or getting DVDs to doing both and the selection is different so that doing both is actually an upgrade that can cost more. But why isnt there an upgrade of the same cost that gives streaming access to the entire catalog? The margins would be higher since there would be no material, shipping, and other fulfillment costs and hassles. What.a up with that? I realize that the end user profile might include a segment who dont have reliable broadband or dont want it or cant afford it or whatnot. But why is there no option at any price to stream the whole catalog. Signed, Pissed you have so little Hitchcock to stream or other cool stuff from decades ago.
