Using the broad powers of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Washington is planning to put unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats in control of the Internet--which will mean higher prices, less competition, and increased government regulations. Worse, the federal government is launching a campaign to turn the Internet into a public utility just like the local water and power companies you use today. Public Utility means no competition.
