Dear Reverend Father Mbaka, Thank you so much for putting a lie to the spin doctors. For so long, bandits and other criminal outlaws have polluted our environment with meaningless and nonsensical talks about GMB.As if that wasnt enough, they shamelessly continue to promote and aid a government that is not only deficient but politically defective and haplessly incompetent. How can anyone support such a brazen falsehood?Like you opined,it stretches the limit of absurdities for a child to continue to promote a father who feeds fat on the family reserves, while the children faces malnutrition and starvation. And to project such a father as a believer in an Almighty that is justiciable,is to blatantly lace the good name of the creator with insults.God does not support the unjust neither does He elevate the greedy even if that persons name connotes some elements of luck.I know that God will at the appropriate time punish whoever desecrates His Holy Name. I wish to say that your courage to speak the truth when supposedly men of God have gone on sabbatical is as refreshing as it is also gratifying. For once I saw a preacher who has refused to harass God for not making his anointed wealthy, but correctly contextualise the fact that indeed God under the watch of GEJ did gave unto Nigeria close to N12T for the benefits of the poor. However ordinary Nigerians have been shortchanged by the ultra predatory and extortionists government of the day. What a violation of faith and an inordinate satisfaction of greed. You have spoken the minds of many Nigerians, irrespective of creed and religious affiliations. Those who are opposed to your sermons are those who are still being led by sentimentalism. They have been put inside a cocoon just like a slave master will do to a slave. While in the cocoon, they can neither think nor disagree, they must be spoon fed like robots. They have been given some outlandish stereotypes as moral compass. Thus euphemism like born to rule have been forced into their consciousness.Anytime they see an Hausa/Fulani,contender,out of insolent hatred, they will shoot him down as a born to rule, while been oblivious of the fact that their own candidate have shown that the born to rules have some achievements that their own man couldnt give his own people. And that much you have highlighted.Where are the federal roads in the south south and eastern region?Where is the over $100b that are deemed stolen from the coffers of the states,Why are the spokesman of this government largely from the criminal elements called militants and why is our naira falling disgracefully against other serious currency. They have no answers to all the critical issues raised by you.And to shame them all,you are a man of the pulpit who have refused to join the band wagon of the intellectually porous or better still, you have refused to hate the Hausas for no reason, when there is every reason and justification to hate this government for what it is..a colossal failure. You hit the nail on the head, when you ponder over the inactions of a government that cannot chase away a gang of insurgents that Cameroon had already eclipsed.A government that seeks excuses for its inability to secure our nation is not worth giving another mandate. It will always push away its responsibilities to some amorphous group called northern elders. You have no doubt followed the footsteps of notably Christian clergymen who have always stood on the side of justice and the people. We still remember with nostalgia emeritus cardinals Olubunmi Okojie and Peter Onakomaya. These are great men of history who were leaders for Christians and Muslims alike. They will look into the eyes of government either military or otherwise and tell them the truth.Today, they remain relevant because of their consistent romance with the truth.Without doubt you too will remain relevant in the scheme of things.Why-This is because you came at the right time, you spoke the right words, you inspired the dejected and by your gesticulations alone, you have united a nation that was fragmented by this administration. What a Christian president could not do,a Christian clergy has done.May you live long in the service of your fatherland Yours Citizen Yusuf, for and on behalf of the oppressed Nigerians
