Dear Ugandans, Am profoundly saddened by our loss against Guinea but as a Ugandan and a supporter of Uganda Cranes, i have done my analysis on what went and who is to blame. First and foremost Ugandans have put the blame on Andy Mwesigwa and the coach but let me remind you, we are not Brazil who have a bunch of quality players and they have a reason to blame their coach. All problems related to our failure in football emanate from Federation of Uganda Football Association and the government of Uganda. The federation has failed to make their duties transparent. Ask your self why is that Mike Sserumaga was not available in the first three matches we played that is Ghana, Togo and Guinea. Am told he was not in good terms with the former FUFA president Lawrence Mulindwa. Mulindwa has also had issues with many other players including Augustine Nsumba for failing to play for Vipers formally known as Bunamwaya. This is also happening to the current regime of Magogo were by if you dont impress the big boss, you cannot make it to the team. Apparently their is lot of witchcraft and dubious activities happening in Ugandan football. A friend of mine who is Sc villa player has already informed me that, its not easy to get into first team if you do not practice juju. I argue members of this fan page who are affiliated to Ugandan clubs to try and follow up this issue. There is a coach whom i wont mention his name who select only those players who have given him money. The government of Uganda has not done much to develop this game. Have you ever wondered why the federation has to plead every time to get money yet it is a national team!!! Before the game we have seen motivation messages from the President of Uganda, Amama Mbabazi and many other politicians but after losing i have not even seen a single message from those aforementioned people. Ugandans need to act whether the results are positive or negative. If you take a look at other countries who love sports like Nigeria, they have not qualified but the federation blamed itself not the players. CONCLUSION ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... FUFA has to do a revision on their development structures they have put. How comes we dont have Ex-internationals on football shows!! You find that 90% of football pundits in Uganda have never stepped on the football pitch. The likes of hakim magumba, Philip Ssozi, David Obua, Philip Obwiny and Joseph Kabagambe where are they?????. FUFA should set up a community to follow up all ex-internationals. Is it a crime to groom our coach? Uganda has experienced coaches with good accolades like Sam Timbe and Simbe. Sam Timbe has a very good profile and he has good experience since he has coached very many african clubs across africa. Instead of wasting much money on foreign coaches we should stick on our coaches. The sports fraternity should use this chance to ask the government to intervene since it is a national issue. I hate opportunists, when they want public attention they pretend as if care that much, yet we football supporters we suffer in the long run.I would like to thank Uganda Cranes, this is the best performance displayed technically in qualifiers. Muli Kumulamwa. Lastly i thank Captain ANDY MWESIGWA for your services, just know what you did was STUPID but you are not the first one, so move on. Even one of the greatest player Zinadine Zidane Zizou did some thing stupid on finals btn Italy and France, Cris smalling has just done it recently, so that is football things do happen.
