Dear Vodafone, GOODBYE TO YOU AND HELLO TO MELITA, its THIER TIME TO SHINE TOO. For almost 3 weeks now, you put almost a lot of your valued customer into Frustrations, Anger, and Dismayed and lost of trust with you. And I am one of them. Last Tuesday I went to your shop here in Sliema to top up my Internet key with a 25 Euro Bundle, and one of your staff said its ready, so i said the connections is ready now? She said yes. But till night came and morning of Wednesday came, what I have got is a Zero connection. So I said I need to go to your shop again and just refund it, But your staff said that it could not be refunded and just wait again coz this evening the connection would be there. But well, nothing happens actually, still no connection. So I move on to the next step and talk to your customer service through phone, just holding my temper that is really rising and wanted to really explode of what is happening. I said I wanted to just refund my money back coz i don’t want the connection now from Tuesday till now Thursday nothing is happening. She said that it couldn’t be refunded and in cancelling i need to wait again because they are going to cancel the bundle so it take I think almost Half day to wait for the cancellation. Now, talking about Money back...its becomes more complicated. She said that they can’t give the money back, I said but i didn’t use any internet connection why can’t I have my money back? Then she followed saying we can give you the 25 euro but on your internet key,and then I said how can I used that 25 if even in internet it is being decline? So this is more getting worst, what next is, she said ok we can help you putting the 25 euro in your internet key and then I need to send it to my mobile, so I said why can’t u just do it for me? Or just send the 25 euro directly in my mobile, she said its not applicable. So ok, i try to cooperate with her so I said what do i need to do to send this 25 to my mobile, She said i need to divide the 25 meaning 10 today, tomorrow 10 and next day 5 in sending it to my mobile. So, 3 working days... OH MY GOD.......and watch out to what she’s going to say next.. BUT WE CAN’T ASSURE YOU THAT IT WILL COME THROUGH RIGHT AWAY. Now, this heated up my face completely, I can’t believe it...and what is today? Its Friday but still nothing happens, no internet connection and the customer service didn’t ring up anymore so my 25 euro just flew away... I didn’t be able to hold on, I told her, why is it that when your costumer came to your shop and knowing that you have technical difficulties, why didn’t you just say to your customer that you have a bad service or you can’t be able to make the service available instead of JUST GETTING THE MONEY OF YOUR COSTUMER AND LEAVING THEM IN TOTAL FEELING OF FRUSTRATIONS?Or why can’t you just give back the money as easier as it is on how as easy as you get from us? I am sorry but You Let us down Vodafone, it’s time to make a change a bit, there is Melita and Go. I maybe just one of your costumer writing some of my concerns here, but as what I can see last time I came to your shop, There’s a lot of costumer who are getting angry and lots of questions and some are even furious. Sorry but I can see to their eyes how disappointed they are too just like me. Be careful in handling your VALUED COSTUMER coz while you are counting your new and almost thousands costumer you are losing on the process THOSE WHO ARE REALLY LOYAL TO YOUR SERVICE.
