Dear Wal-Mart, I know hate is a very strong word, and I do not use it regularly! However due to the treatment and frustration I have experienced with not one, not two, but with THREE of your stores today I can officially state that I HATE WAL-MART! Oh you ask if I have spoke with a manager? Well yes I did, and no I got no resolution to my problem!!!! Oh no worries as I now have three complaints into your corporate office! Where I should be getting a return call from someone at your corporate office within the next 3 days! Oh how I am going to have to spend some one on one time with Jesus about this situation before I receive the phone call about this situation! Oh what happened you asked?? Well..........I have wasted my time going to three different stores to try and set up a baby registry, and none of the three stores had a working machine! Oh I should have called before going to three different Wal-Marts to ask if they were working? Oh you see I did that, and from the time it took me from the Sweetwater Wal-Mart to your Madisonville Wal-Mart I was pulling into the parking lot when a manager finally let me know oh im sorry our machines for a registry is not working Well how convenient that it took you 15 minutes to let me know that! Could anyone at any of the three stores let me know a time I could come back and it be fixed? Glad you asked.......no there was no one at any of the three Wal-Marts that could answer that question for me! Dont you feel that you want that extra business that a baby registry brings to your store?? Well thats my point exactly!!!! As you can tell I am not happy, and I am very eager to receive my phone call from your corporate office! However, they may not be as eager to hear from me as I will be to hear from them!! Sincerely, Your very unhappy customer!!!!!!!!
