Dear all, Im taking part in the London a Royal Parks 10k Series to raise money for SANDS in memory of Sebastian Michael Richmond Smart. The Royal Parks Series is a series of three 10km races throughout the winter, ending on 18 January with a run through Hyde Park. Yesterday I ran 10k through Richmond Park in 5725, and I want to beat 50 through Regents Park in the next race on 14 December. I know you get requests like this every day, but if you could let me gently twist your arm, persuade you, pick your pockets (in a nice way), and ask for anything you can afford to give, I would be eternally grateful.
