Dear all We’re sorry to announce that we’re experiencing some technical difficulties with our Apple Newsstand digital editions right now. Any of you who’ve bought issues via either Great Magazines or iTunes via our app may be experiencing problems downloading their magazines. This is due to essential technical work being carried out on our servers. We apologise for any inconvenience temporarily caused and are looking to resolve the problem as soon as possible - hopefully later today . Well keep you informed on progress. In the meantime, if you experience any longer term problems, please feel free to email us with details of the problems youre having and well attempt to solve them for you. Great Magazines customers should email [email protected] - customers who bought their magazines via iTunes should please email the brands concerned at [email protected] and well get back to you as soon as we can. Please include details of your subscription, the device you’re using, the version of iOS you have installed and your app’s license number (to get this, tap ‘Settings’, scroll down the left-column and tap on the app’s icon. The number will appear on your screen). Thank you for your patience and apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
