Identify your STAND/ POSITION w/re to PDAF/DAP and defend your STAND by ff. the format below: 3.1 Name: PDAF/DAP Author/Proponent: Implementor: 3.2 Purpose 3.3 Source of funds 3.4 Projects Intended for/ used with 3.5 Government and non-government organizations/office involved/ 3.6 Results/ Impact. 4. THERE WILL BE CLASS DEBATE ON; IS DAP/PDAF--Un/COnstitutional? TWO GROUPS: 1. AFFIRMATIVE (Pro) 2. Non-AFFIRMATIVE (Anti) Mechanics: 1. The panel will be composed of 3 representatives as speakers for each group. 2. Other members of the group will be support for brainstrorming for the stand of the group. 3. The speaker of the group will present their exposes or proofs that are the springborad of the groups stand. Each speaker will be given 5 minutes to present their argument. 4. Each member of the panel will present their argument for 5 minutes each w/the following targets to present and rebuttal at the same for 30mins.; Speaker 1: The name, nature & purpose of DAP/PDAF together with its authors & implementors. What about these? Speaker 2: Means of Allocation & Recipients of the DAP/PDAF. How abouth these? Speaker 3. Constitutional Basis/ Legislative Background & Supreme Court stand for this for its authenticity. 6. The speaker will present their conclusion of their argument for 3mins.
