Dear fellow humans! Our lovely, true companion, laptop tool has been with us for over six years now. Sadly she is not able to handle all the impressions we collected during the festival and we have to find an equally honourable heir as successor. But do not despair. A recap nostalgia clip of 2014s As We Are Away and Do You Speak Malentendu is on its way to you. Until then, keep your eyes peeled for AWAAs and NOUS website updates. We guess we can speak for everyone if we say that 2014 was a rollercoaster of hopes and utter let-downs. Apparently more extreme than the previous years. Planes fell into the ocean and left us vunerable despite technological capabilities. We tweeted, posted and sent millions of texts. Many loved ones and role-models died, musicians, poets, family, new starts and possibilities came along, babies, projects, collaborations. Travels to unvisited countries became a politics lesson, when we visited Cyprus and Turkey. Too many divisions marked this past year and we hope 2015 can be a unifying one. We are looking forward to our third mini-festival and the upcoming spring/summer edition of NOUS - The Panik Issue. We are proud having worked with so many great artists, makers, groups - especially our friends of MUTO - and individuals in the past months and hope to continue this trail of goodness and hope with our old and new friends.
