Dear friends, I am asking you to support the petition to save the people of Ukraine, please: All of us, writers and journalists, students and engineers, businessmen, entrepreneurs and civil servants, doctors and teachers, researchers and lecturers, painters and musicians, poets, feel our close relation to the people of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, Russians and Ukrainians, regardless of their political views. Everyone’s life is priceless, and war is a barbaric and archaic attempt to solve some political and economic problems. Lots of innocent people, including children and civilians, are losing their lives in this war every day.
