Dear friends, I have not lost interest in my travel business . You see me postings and promoting lots of photos on food . I have always love cooking and eating and since i am having a long break before my next trip , that is to Uzbekistan, i keep myself busy doing something i like plus earning some income enough to cover my Eid expenses. The Pies , Bolognaise sauce and any western food all prepared by Omar. He cooks well and i have been encouraging him to do this for a while and finally he accept the challenge. I suppose his desire to get me a new refrigerator triggers him to start cooking and sell his pies etc. After 3 weeks selling he managed to save and i am happy with my new wide body less frills refrigerator. I just need a simple but large space to arrange all my Tupperwares neatly. Some brands they really have silly designs that takes up so much space. Too many curves here and there and you cant really store much. I do take care of my electrical goods very well, the last time i changed for a new fridge was like 13 years ago, a Mitsubishi too. Sales has been encouraging and i am happy for Omar and myself. We just sell what we know best. At the same time, we are helping busy homemakers supplying good , healthy meals which they can just heat up with minimal preparations . I just have to WA photos to my groups of friends and also from the classes that i attend and off course on FB too. The rule is when he cooks i stay out of the kitchen . He does the maison plus, cook and clean the utensils himself and sometimes Juana will assist him. Likewise when its my turn to cook he stays out , ha ha ha Fifahs Matbah is Fifahs Kitchen in Arabic . At the moment we only sell Pot Pies that is Chicken, Beef or Seafood, Homemade Bolognaise sauce all prepared by Omar. From me its Sambal Goreng Jawa, Sambal Tumis Bilis and soon Lamb Masala and Koftas . Only for pies we need advance notice as all are freshly prepared.
