Dear friends and supporters of Nyatta, police called a close friend of Nyatta and told him that Nyatta has just been brought to the Airport from detention PAZ Hernalsergürtel. Nyatta´s lawyer made an urgent appeal both to the European court of Human Rights(EMGR) and to the Austrian Asylum Court (AGH) on Friday and called many times but got no answer. We sent a list of about 300 signatures+many statements against the deportation to the Interior Ministry+other authorities involved. Karl-Heinz Grundböck, speaker of the Interior Ministry, called very politely but rejected any solution. There also is an important formal mistake of the alien police. Before a deportation can take place, time and date have to be given or sent in a writing 48hrs before, not only orally as it was the case.
