Dear performer / artist, Greetings from SoCh (Social Change in Action)! Are you interested in performing at our annual event, the ‘Be the Change Exposition’ Singapores largest exposition of social initiatives by children? The Be the Change Exposition is the culminating event of the Singapore chapter of Design for Change Challenge the largest global movement for children running in 35 countries. We would like to invite you to perform at the event held at Suntec convention center and engage children and members of public in the process. We are expecting over 1000 attendees - Children will be the main audience (9 to 14 yrs) plus there will be representatives from the general public, parents, government sector, social sector, education sector and other interested non-governmental agencies. To get a glimpse into the event from last year watch this video. We will also be inviting Media to the event, and we normally get 10-15 publications featuring the release, in which the performances may be featured. Being a non-profit, we can offer our performers compensation for their travel costs. Our team is looking for a 10 minute performance piece that will be a main highlight of the event, and we would be very keen to work with you to provide a show that is entertaining for our student and other audience.
