Dec 1st Okay it is time to get back on track this morning when you get up have a glass of water before breakfast, get in front of mirror and smile for 1 minute and do your deep breathing exercises, and eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and supper. and make time each day to exercise ,even if it is only 10 to 20 min. You will feel so much better during the day, with more energy. ,and you will keep your blood sugar balanced, which keeps your brain in a good mood.For those of you who have any health issues, such as being overweight, high b/p, type 2 diabetes, insomnia,, chronic back pain, etc. these symptoms or conditions can be reversed and even prevented..
