**December Updates- Clients** Age Group has been added to the card accuracy setup screen **December Updates- Hourly Backups** The computer will back-up at 10 minutes past each hour from 10am to 7pm. Each hourly backup is created in a new folder. Each day the previous day’s files will be replaced to save hard drive space. The backups are created in “Program Files\HW7\Backup\HourlyBackup” By default the backup will be on. To switch it off, go to System setup in F2 and un-tick “Do hourly Backups” Please Note- We’re currently sourcing a cloud backup solution for salons once we have found a suitable solution. We will recommend the salons choose which folder they would like backup to the cloud ie. 11am and 4pm backup. We are approx. 1-2 weeks away from having a Hairware & Beautyware cloud backup solution at a cost of $5-7 per week. Please let me know you thoughts about the cost. Coming soon We also have a client merge function that will be released within the next 2 weeks.
