Dee Mac posted this Here is what the spca cruelty officer told me on the phone today at 3:45 pm The dogs are just fine..The pen is big enough, the length of the house, the dogs are very friendly and socialized and they are only out for a short period of time..They go there frequently unannounced and they have never seen the dogs outside..The dogs are well fed, they are not skinny, alot of phone calls to them have prompted them to go unannounced, so basically all is well at this house of horrors. I dont know what the issues are as the SPCA have been there and checked the dogs out. It would appear the dogs are not in distress or treated badly either....so what is the reason for the group? Im confused...please enlighten us!
