//Dennis Kiogora @Admn.sometimes i just pity you. the septuagint was done by 72 jewish scholars in the year BC.275 at the Council of Alexandria.[that is a fact of history]// fact..it will be fact when you have evidence,...in this case you dont have.. the story says 72 translated old testament in greek 1) From Which book they translated in greek ? 2) Where is that Book,which they used to translate ? 3) How Jews lost this book ? //just to remind u, BC means before christ.so christianity and islam religions did not exist that time.judaism was the only religion then.// //jesus and his disciples were jews,and they used the septuagint.// //so even before xtianity began,the septuagint was already in the hands of the jews.what really matters to us as xtians today is that Jesus and his disciples including st.paul used the septuagint translation.// Why you are giving useless points..i asked few question..you didn;t answered and repeated same stupid points.. //so if some jews latter on in the 3rd or 4th century decided to abandon their very own septuagint and make another translation,then thats their problem not mine.sorry// Greek version was made for some jews,not for ALL JEWS ! well,it is linked..becoz they claim that Christians corrupted there scripture.
