Derrick Waldrop You can learn more about a friend from listening to him talk than talking to him. We can learn much from god and about god through nature, through his word, by the lives of those whom he has touched, and in many other ways. BUT nothing is as important as listening to the still, small voice that speaks to our heart at the conclusion of our prayers. Perpetually curious thinkers and explorers, never happy without a new language or hobby to tackle. Brain training is only one aspect in the pursuit of an active relentlessly curious life. Learning is never over, there’s always something new to take inspiration from So, here we go Many Christians long to see their loved ones born into the family of god, but they really do not know how to go about helping them. They don’t know that they can help them, scripturally. The scripture will stand if you act on it. You can put God to work for you. However, there are some things that you need to learn before you can do this. And there are some things that you have to do in order to accomplish this. There are two ways of learning God’s word. One is by seeing the word, and the other is by hearing it. I call these two channels “the stereo system of getting God’s word into our conscience being.” Stereo meaning REINFORCED.,., We know that faith comes by hearing the word of God, and not by seeing it. Paul tells us in Romans 10:17; “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. Yet there is a convincing note in seeing God’s word. We are instructed to keep God’s word before our eyes. We need to get into the word and fully find out who we are in Christ Jesus. We need to study in detail the principles of faith, and what Jesus did for us when he took our place at Calvary. It is important for us to know the things that have been restored to us. (The things that Adam allowed to be taken away.)
