Destiny of man The Divine Element in a man is the fundamental principal which desires for evolution------progress. Because man is not just an atom moved by physio-chemical laws; not merely a unit of life, like an amoeba, not a bundle of reactions like an animal; not even a thinking machine as he sometimes believes himself to be. Man is a part of Divinity. Everybody is designed and engineered to succeed in life and displays and excel in his/her God – given uniqueness. A fundamental quality to develop in life is to remain optimistic at all times. Management Gurus unanimously say that it is our attitude that makes the world what it is for us. Its a universal principal of Nature that you become what you strongly desire, The moment you start asserting “I am creative”, you open a window in your conscious mind and creative ideas flow in. The challenge for Managers today is to continuously nurture and reinforce positive attitude to their co-workers. A Manager should remind his team of their inner strength – the Divine Element and manage maximum productivity from them While positive attitude does not mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore the unpleasant situations around. It just means that we learn to approach the unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way.
