Detroit not alone in shutting off water to prod people to bills In Michigan, Hamtramck, Warren, Pontiac, Eastpointe, Romulus and other cities have shut off delinquent customers as a way to improve collections. Elsewhere, so have other big cities such as Baltimore and St. Louis. To solve this problem set up a Im on Welfare Government hand outs/ free for all fund,for the bleeding hearts out there and get these none working lets have 10 babies for more income peoples bills paid!!!!!!Easy solution pay their freaking bills for them. because Im sick of my tax money going to the worthless parasites that depend on my hard earned tax money to help them survive ( IDIOTS)
