Diary log day 2: Scotlandsheep! Dear all, travelling between the Home of Golf and the Home of Whisky wasn’t easy, but was certainly a rewarding experience: we have faced Scottish A,B,C,D,E and F roads, locks, glens and most importantly SHEEP, without forgetting the world famous Angus cattle. Bielze (for the unacquainted, Paul) drove majestically through more than one thousand bends, survived toxic food and regretted not giving the legendary Haggis a second try since St Andrews, but in the end we managed to make ends meet; we finally reached the sublime Macallan distillery grounds and endeavoured with determination through its legendary (2 hours) Six Pillars Tour, tasting some of the most incredible delicacies Scotland has to offer. This resulted in us leaving empty handed (because empty pocketed), but thankfully we previously drove by Glenlivet distillery, which we plundered, and we eventually ended in the magnificent Elgin (which is as Shait as Easycar).
