Did I forgot to mention the Buck Story. While out in the woods - TopicsExpress

Did I forgot to mention the Buck Story. While out in the woods Sunday evening setting up the tree stand and ground blind I came across an absolute monster buck. :) I had to carry out a lot of gear so I wasnt able to carry a shotgun. (For which I will make room next time) So I finish setting up the ground blind, (took over 2 hours) heard some rustling of leaves in the distance but I just figured it was squirrels or some turkey out over the hill. So I shrugged it off proceeded back to loading up the tree stand which you can easily load on to your back like an army pack type deal. The weekend before I had set some bombs off, used the drag, hung piss scents and a few other miscellaneous things to attract a deer into my area. Enjoy the nature and my little snack that I worked so hard for, type of way:) While finishing up, the light in the forest began to diminish. Now here in the next thirty to forty minutes, I tell myself, I will be looking at the stars not the puffy white clouds slowly drifting off the landscape into beautiful colors of red yellow pink and orange. The forest floor will no longer be visible Amy, so chop chop I say aloud, while inching up from my warm and not so cozy resting spot. Grabbing the hatchet, putting it back into its case wrapped around my waste. Looking up the tree and thought to myself this will take a few minutes. As I shimmy my way up using stand and base to do so, almost effortlessly(I
