Did anyone happen to see the recent commercials on television about voting No on the Maui Farming Ban? What is this all about? The commercial states that GMOs are safe and they have extensive research to prove it. From what I know that statement is a false. To save the communities hardship, can we not just plant non-GMO seed and use non toxic forms of pest control on those crops? What did farmers use prior to the invention of chemicals to reduce pest damage on their crops? Can we please not just straight up lie to the general public who do not have all of the FACTS? Thanks public television for accepting huge corrupt corporation dollars to hep pull the wool over thousands of innocent people eyes.
