Did battle with the BIG GREEN EGG again in making pizza. This is the 4th try with the darn thing. This time I put everything on my stone and put the stone in piled high, BUT that may be the trouble--we like lots of stuff piled on the pizza so of course the crust was black and the top just hot. Im determined to conquer that darn thing. Guess Ill just have to be content with less stuff on top. Other than the pizza, things have turned out well, although I dont think Id ever use the thing to the extent they advertise. Its still a chore cleaning the grate and tracking things way out to the patio then back into the house. Once a month is enough. My little Weber was actually simpler.
