Did many musunderstand that the board did go by a by law when Jen was no longer qualified as required by a by law to pay her dues on time. Didnt the board reject returning her to the board by the use of a by law that over the members objections? On the one hand they can go againt members on the other hand they are for the bar patrons. All by laws must be equally enforced by our board of directors whether we or they approve of one or many. These were approved by the majority of the members. There are procedures to pass new ones or change existing ones. Mike Moehler tabled the last ones that came before them last fall. That is the road block on bylaws.
