Did you all know that the kid [Dorian Johnson?]who was with Mike Brown that day did not testify to the grand jury.?..... nor did the two white construction workers who saw the shooting and audibly on tape just after the shooting asked ....why did you shoot him his hands were up..... They did not testify to the grand jury either. There is no cross examination or calling of witnesses by the victim in a grand jury proceeding. The DA controls who appears in a grand jury hearing.
