Did you know? The Acts 2:38 church a.k.a. the Apostolic church a.k.a. the Pentecostal church a.k.a. the church the Apostles and Paul were a part of, have always gathered, preached, shared the Gospel of Salvation during Sabbath day, the 7th Day? Yes, even the gentile churches of their time did. So why SUNday? Because the Roman Emperor made it the State/Empire law to worship on Sundays. They want their version of Christianity to be different and identifiable from the Apostolic church the apostles and Paul teaches/taught. Also, to appease the pagan citizenry of the Roman Empire who have always worshipped on the 1st day of the week, not on the 7th day. The empire even went to the extent that all non-Jews (by literal blood) who still worshipped on Sabbath day should be killed. The beginnings of Replacement Theology. Think again. Study your Scriptures. It is all there. Even Martin Luther himself admitted he was observing Sabbath Day. The Christian Sabbath is in reality exactly the same as the Jewish Sabbath. The truth shall set you free.
