Did you know? The Red Pandas also known as the Shining Cat or Firefox is the the State animal of Sikkim. It is classified as an endangered species by the International Union of Conservation of Nature (IUCN). The Pandas typically lives in dense forests at elevations of 6,000 to 16,000 feet. Visitors can catch it at the Himalayan Zoological Park in Gangtok (capital of Sikkim). Lucky us!
