Did you know that: The first person to create a new term in arts (micro-miniature) is Mykola Serhiyovych Siadrystyi. He was born in 1937 in village Kolisnykivka in Kharkiv region. This master is creating micro-miniatures during 40 years. All of them are only hand-made and according to special techniques for every work. The biggest expositions of his works are in Kyevo-Pecherska Lavra in Kyiv, in Kingdom of Andorra and in Moscow. His most famous works include: -a rose inside of human hair - a hair is drilled and polished inside till transperency. A branch of a rose, specially made, is put inside the hair. The thickness of the rose in 0,05 mm. -caravan: the composition is made of gold and is situated in the eye of the ordinary needle. - a hunting eagle - the composition is made of gold and is situated in the grape seed. - windmill - a golden model of a real windmill in the International museum of windmills in Gifhorn (Germany). The model consists of 203 details. Its height is 1,8 mm. It is situated on the half of a poppy seed. -the smallest violin in the world - its length is 3,45 mm - Kobzar - the smallest book in the world. It has 12 pages with the poems of T.H. Shevchenko and pictures. The books is sewn with web thread, its cover is made of the Helichrysum petal... and many more!
