Didnt drink last night or the day before. Got up before 5 am this morning and started to do one of my old Marine Corps workout regimens. Got to about 80 pushups, and 100 crunches. Then went for a run. Now for being disabled due to my mangled legs I got a bit over a mile before the infamous right hip gave out and said no. Not bad for not really working out since getting out of the Corps. Now Im going to ruin all that and get some McDonalds breakfast. Ive counted my change so I can afford a few things.
