Didnt get in a morning workout, but I did get it done at lunch! Love the combo of cardio with weights! And MAJORLY into the Macklemore Pandora channel. Makes me feel like a badass every time! This is just one of the workouts that come with my 21 Day portion control plan. Its no wonder that when you workout and eat well you see crazy good results! Ive still got spaces for a few more peeps if you wanna join my next private accountability group!
